Tracey, through her strong accountability background along with her natural ability to be resourceful, to listen and her leadership spirit, has her mentoring style driving the team towards intensity of the Foundations thriving mission.
Tracey follows the Foundations guide lines of Maintain Growth and Nurture as pillars and essence to achieve the core values of inclusive, connecting and inspiring.
Through the Foundations on going community engagement and interpersonal relationship building, Tracey’s impact embraces, self-worth and value sharing experiences that result in a significant interaction within the disability cultural environment, building comradery and collaboration with all.
Tracey implements appropriate strategies to the Foundation, that are required to continue connection to families and the emotional support that is essential whilst understanding being practical and social. As a mum and Nanna this hits home the need to constantly raise awareness, and the enrichment to adding value to children’s lives.
Tracey’s intensity and fire within the core team and vital volunteers, ignites extended ideas, pathways with expectations. All with active goals and outcomes measured, will continue to Enhance the lives of Children with Disabilities and escalate the Foundation to success.
Marlise started her journey with the Foundation as a volunteer.
Marlise is a people person and has strong community spirit. This personal passion and drive stems from a ‘does not give up ‘approach.
Marlise has a teaching background with much diversity in a remote atmosphere.
Marlise’s outstanding qualities has her heading up Fundraising Administration, with many other strings to her bow within the Foundation.
Marlise’s ethics naturally embraces the culture of the Foundation and her kindness and generosity towards people evidences as strength.
Marlise’s 3 young boys keep her active and involved in many community projects. Inclusive of outdoor actives and camping, along with family and friends, at BBQ feasts.
Marlise wishes to continue a positive effect and broader engagement message to the community about the Foundation.
